シーナと一平は、2019年4月より『お菓子工房』と銘打って、１Fのキッチン・土間スペースをレンタルスペールとして運営しています！
そのスペースを使って、現在、定期的にカフェやこしまど販売をしている２組をご紹介します！

Sheena and Ippei has been operating the project “Pastry Workshop” since April, 2019, renting out the kitchen space and lounge area located on the 1st floor.
We would like to introduce 2 groups that regularly utilize the space to run cafes and food stalls.

 

■ひつじ組 Hitsuji-gumi
日時：火曜 12:00~20:00、水曜 18:30~20:00
形態：カフェ、こしまど販売

ひつじ組さんはメンバー皆、同じ製菓学校出身。
それぞれ現場経験を積み、結成されたユニットです。

季節の花と色をテーマに、本格的なフランス菓子のカフェ&こしまど販売をしてもらっています！

Hitsuji Group females who graduated from the same confectionery school, in which each member possesses different experiences and expertise.

Under the theme of seasonal flowers and colors, Hitsuji-gumi offers authentic French pastries to the guests!

■cache cache（カシュカシュ）

日時：金曜13:00〜20:00、土・日曜 12:00~20:00
形態：カフェ、こしまど販売

お菓子を中心に、週末のカフェを営んでおります！お酒もご用意しておりますので、そちらもお楽しみください！
